"I do like that Stio pieces can..."
I do like that Stio pieces can work for hiking, travel, or just running around town. They’re versatile overall, which I appreciate. That said, a few items still have a outdoorsy look, so they don’t always feel like something I’d wear day to day, if that makes sense. The sizing was also a little off for me. Not bad by any means, just not totally amazing either.

"My order did arrive on time..."
My order did arrive on time, so I’ll give them that, but the packaging was disappointing. The box was half crushed when it got here, and the item inside was just loose with barely any padding or protection. For what I paid, I expected it to feel a lot more carefully packed. The product itself seems okay, but the whole delivery felt cheap and careless. I also tried reaching out to support about it and kind of got stuck in a loop of generic replies, which made the whole thing even more frustrating...

"Super breathable jacket"
Took my Stio jacket out on a warmer hike and was kind of surprised by how well it handled the heat. Didn’t get that sweaty, sticky feeling I usually do. Still felt comfortable once the wind kicked up too. Really happy with it so far.

Ordering from stio.com was easy enough, and checkout went through without any trouble. I’m used to confirmation emails showing up right away, so when it took a little longer than expected, I assumed there might be a small delay in their system. Everything ended up processing fine though, and the order went through okay. I’d use the site again.

I ordered from Stio and the package arrived exactly when they said it would, which I really appreciated. The tracking was straightforward and easy to keep an eye on, so there was no guessing or hassle. everything went smoothly, and that’s pretty much what I hope for when shopping for clothes online. I’d definitely order from them again.

So far, this has held up well. It feels tough enough for regular use, i appreciate gear that’s made to last instead of falling apart and turning into more waste. Seems like a solid choice.

"Good for those cold, exhausting mornings"
I’ve been feeling mentally drained lately, especially on cold mornings, and this has helped make getting out the door a little easier. It keeps me warm without feeling flimsy, and the insulation feels solid. Nothing fancy, just does what I needed it to do.

I had a jacket zipper start acting up after a season, so I sent in a warranty claim expecting the usual back-and-forth marathon. But Stio got back to me quickly, asked for a couple photos, and had it sorted without turning it into a whole ordeal. The support team was super normal, helpful, and easy to deal with, which felt like a small miracle. I’d definitely buy from them again.

"I really wanted to love this jacket..."
I really wanted to love this jacket because it does look good and it’s definitely warm, but i’m a little annoyed. After only a few wears, the stitching already started looking rough, which is not what I expected for the price. It’s not a total disaster or anything, but come on — I was hoping it would hold up better than this.

Just wanted to share that the site worked really well for me. Pages loaded fast, including the product photos, and the filters actually behaved instead of freezing up like I’ve had happen on a few other outdoor gear sites.
Checkout was easy on my phone, and Apple Pay went through on the first try. I got the confirmation email right away too. If anyone’s on the fence about ordering, my experience was quick and hassle-free.

"Annoyingly good in awful weather"
I bought a rain jacket from Stio for a wet, windy hike last weekend, and I have to admit it held up better than I expected. I was ready to be disappointed, but the rain actually beaded right off and I never got that gross clammy, soaked feeling, even after a couple hours out there. The fit worked well with layers underneath too, which was a nice surprise. Shipping was straightforward. Not much to complain about, unfortunately.

"Really good for layering when the weather can’t decide"
I ordered a fleece and shell from Stio, and they’ve been working great together. You don’t get that bulky feeling, the sleeves don’t bunch up, and I can still throw a base layer underneath easily. It’s been perfect for those cold mornings where you end up warming up later in the day. I’m happy with the fit overall.

"exchanges were a hassle"
i had a frustrating time with the return and exchange process. the return took way longer than i expected, the exchange steps were confusing, and support didn’t really do much to help.
